Almarai Attracts More Than 17000 Visitors in 2014
The number of visitors to Almarai Company’s facilities in Al-Kharj and Hail have amounted to more than 17000 persons during the last year, or more than 650 visits. Public Relations manager Abdullah Al-Otaibi said that the visitors’ tour includes Almarai’s seventh farm, the two-Central Processing plants, Babyfood factory, Bakery factory in Al-Kharj, in addition to the company’s projects in Hail region.
He added that the visits program is open for the citizens, residents and their families, government and private institutions and schools for boys and girls, to closely get acquainted with the various production lines of Almarai products, until the moment of reaching the final consumer.
Al-Otaibi pointed out that by organizing such daily visits the Company aims to inform the citizens and residents about a bright feature of the industrial renaissance witnessed in the Kingdom during the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, as well as ensuring the consumers about the safety and quality of its foods by briefing them on the strict manufacturing process and the high technical level Almarai adopted in all stages of production.
He said, “Almarai bears all costs of the visits including transportation, breakfast or lunch, in addition to presenting gifts to the visitors at the end of their field tours”, adding that the would-be visitors can visit the company’s website and complete visit requests to the company’s sites in Al-Kharj and Hail.
