Ugandan President Visits Prince Sultan bin Mohamed bin Saudi Al-Kabir
H.E. Yoweri Museveni, President of the Republic of Uganda paid a visit to H.H. Prince Sultan bin Mohamed bin Saudi Al-Kabir at his private office in Al-Ma’athar District, Riyadh. The visit examined several business-related issues, including the Saudi investment in Uganda, benefiting from the Saudi experience in dairy industry, and transferring it to Uganda. Saudi Arabia produces some two billion liters of fresh cow’s milk annually.
The Ugandan President expressed his utmost admiration of the great advancement of the food industry in Saudi Arabia. He lauded Almarai Company’s experience in this respect, noting Prince Sultan bin Mohamed’s standing behind its success since its foundation.
On his part, Prince Sultan bin Mohamed expressed his pleasure of the visit. He hope for further developed trade relations between Saudi Arabia and Uganda, for the common interest of the two friendly peoples, under the generous patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mufarrej Al-Hagabani, the Saudi Minister of Labor, escorting minister, the Saudi Ambassador to Uganda, Dr. JamalABdulaziz Raffa, and Almarai CEO and senior executives.
