“Almarai” wins Kotler Community Awareness Award
Almarai Company won Kotler’s awareness campaign as a tribute to its breast-feeding societal exceptional campaign launched a few months ago under the title “The best milk for your baby cannot be bought”. Awarding Almarai this prize came after a wide survey by the organizers among several world-marketing jurists and CEOs of international companies.
This prize is awarded to the companies, which apply the best professional practices and the highest international standards in marketing and management.
Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Almarai’s Public Relations Manager, stated that Almarai Company and all its staff cherish and take pride in having this prize. It is a testimony for the success of Almarai’s vision of implementing the social initiatives that are close to their needs and wants. Al-Otaibi added that Almarai continues to innovate and implement the best international professional practices in community awareness.
It is noteworthy that Almarai has a robust presence on social media with more than 4,000,000 followers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The Company also won several prizes, mainly Alsheikh Salem AL-Ali Prize for Informatics being the best content on social media in 2015. Almarai came first as the best-perceived brand in Saudi Arabia in 2015 and 2016 according to YouGov.
