Almarai ranks fourth globally in achieving sustainability for the environment
Almarai ranked fourth globally in the list of Kantar Research Company in achieving sustainability for the environment for the year 2021.
The list was issued as a joint initiative of three research companies (Kantar, Europanel, and GfK). More than 88,000 people were interviewed in 26 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Britain, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, and Spain.
“We are proud to be ranked fourth globally among brands that do so much for the environment. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to achieving its goals in sustainability and preserving the environment,” said Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Almarai.
It is worth mentioning that Almarai was awarded King Khalid Sustainability Award in 2019 under the category of “Top Performing” Companies in Innovating Community Development Solutions and the Kotler Prize in 2017 for Community Awareness.
