A business administration graduate of King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, he is the Chairman of Zain company, The Saudi Projects and Technical Contracting Company and Ashbal Al Arab Corporation. He is also a member of the board of the Faraby Al Khaleej Petrochemical Company, Zain Company, Kuwaiti-Sudanese Company, Kuwaiti-Chinese Company, Integrated Transport Company and Jassour Company.
Mr.Suliman bin Abdulgader Al Muhaideb
Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Al Muhaideb Group, Savola Group, Amwal Al Khaleej for commercial Investments Co, Joussour Swicorp Co. and Aloula for Real estate Development Co. Member of the Boards of Directors of Saudi British Bank (SABB), National Industrialization Co., Arabian Pipes Co., Yamama Steel Industries and Arabian Company for Water & Energy Development. Further, he has been appointed by the Government as a Board Member of Social Responsibility Board and Centennial Fund.
Eng. Anees Ahmed Moumina
Eng. Anees is currently SAVOLA’s CEO and has over 25 years of experience in the private sector and the financial services industry. He was previously the CEO of SEDCO Holding Group. He has also worked with the Samba Financial Group where he advanced to roles including General Manager and Senior Credit Officer. Additionally, he also worked with Proctor & Gamble Co. He is serving on a number of boards including: Vice Chairman of Savola Food Company, Vice Chairman of Panda Retail Company, Vice Chairman of Herfy, Knowledge Economic City Company (KEC), and The National Commercial Bank (NCB). In addition, he also serves as a board member on other charity, and community organizations.
He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Administration with honors and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with honors, both from George Washington University in the USA.
Mr. Bader Abdullah Al Issa
Mr. Bader is the CEO of Amias Holding Company, a member of the Board of Directors in the Savola Group, Banque Saudi Fransi, Dur Hospitality Company, and Knowledge Economic City. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University in the United States.
Mr. Peter Amon
Mr. Amon is an international senior FMCG Executive with over 27 years of experience working for leading consumer goods companies, Unilever, Kraft & Nestlé and for a global professional service company, Aramark. He has a proven track record in building winning brands & services globally, successful innovation management and internationalization of businesses. In his previous position he was the Head of Global Food for Nestlé Professional. He is currently a Supervisory Board Member & Executive Director of More-Than-Meals (MTM), Luxembourg.
Mr. Peter Amon holds a MBA degree from the University of Würzburg, Germany.

He holds master’s degree in financial economics, with more than 20 years of experience in investment management, Investment Banking, risk control and corporate governance with Solid educational and training background.

He is also a board member at Aldar Chemicals Company and Chairman of Export 30. Prince Saud joined Almarai in a role within the marketing department following two years of working at Banque Saudi Fransi.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Finance،currently he is the Vice President of the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF),

Mr. Ammar bin Abdulwahid Alkhodairi
He holds a Master of Engineering Business Administration from George Washington University.
He is the Chairman of SAMBA Bank and a member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries Company.
He is also a member of the Executive Board of Amwal Al Khaleej Commercial Investment Company.
