Almarai Company concluded its annual campaign to raise awareness of oral and dental health in a recently held ceremony in Riyadh.
Almarai implements this campaign annually in cooperation with King Saud University and Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman, in a continuous partnership for more than eight years, to educate the community about the importance of oral and dental health, ways to take care of them, and the effects of this on the general health of the individual.
In this context, Abdullah Al-Otaibi, Head of Corporate Communication and Public Relations at Almarai Company, said: “Health awareness is one of the most important pillars of corporate citizenship for Almarai, as the largest food and beverage company in the region.”
Al-Otaibi added: “The strategic partnership with educational institutions and universities in implementing awareness campaigns is an approach Almarai applies in many community development initiatives.”
Almarai Company supported several health awareness initiatives during the past year, including the support of the Health Endowment Fund with 2 million riyals for King Khalid Hospital in Al-Kharj. Commitment through its social media platforms to promoting a healthy culture.
