His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar bin Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Khorayef, sponsored Yesterday, Sunday, May 22, 2022, the graduation ceremony of 450 trainees from the Institute of Food Industries in Al-Kharj, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Eng. Osama bin Abdulaziz Al-Zamil, and Dr. Hisham Al-Jadhi, CEO of the Food and Drug Authority, The Governor of Al-Kharj, Musaed bin Abdullah Al-Madhi, Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Badr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institute and CEO of Almarai Company, and CEOs of food sector companies.
“Today, we are proud to graduate a new batch of 450 students, which represents the largest batch in the history of the Institute, which plays a strategic role in supplying the food industries with qualified human cadres through the system—integrated training and qualification,” said Abdullah Al-Badr, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food Industries Institute and CEO of Almarai.
He confirmed that Almarai is proud to be one of the founders of the Institute of Food Industries, pointing out that the graduation of the new batch of the Institute today will not only end with the celebration but will be directed immediately to an appointment in Almarai Company in a number of its different sectors in manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, and sales.
