Almarai Recognized for Advancing Community Empowerment at the Tamkeen Forum

Almarai was honored at Tamkeen Forum for its efforts in empowering social security beneficiaries. The event was organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) in Riyadh and attended by H.E. Mr. Badr bin Ibrahim Al-Suwailem, Vice Minister for Social Development in HRSD. 
The honoring highlighted Almarai’s significant contributions to advancing social and economic empowerment initiatives across the Kingdom. This recognition reflects Almarai’s sustained commitment to community development and its alignment with national priorities under Saudi Vision 2030. Among its most notable initiatives supporting social security beneficiaries is the “Infant Formula Price Reduction” initiative, launched under a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD). 
The initiative has provided essential support to beneficiaries and ensured that low-income families have access to vital nutrition. To date, Almarai’s social programs have directly benefited more than 50,000 individuals, reflecting the company’s dedication to sustainable community empowerment. 
Almarai’s efforts extend beyond product support to youth development through the Food Industries Polytechnic institute, which has expanded employment opportunities for more than 1,400 young men and women by equipping them with future-ready skills. The company was also awarded the Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2025 by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD), reaffirming its national role in advancing sustainable development.
