Almarai launched the third edition of the “Almarai Marathon 2026” in Al-Kharj, with wide participation from our employees and their families. It was organized in collaboration with the Saudi Athletics Federation and followed recognized sport standards. The event comes as part of the Almarai’s initiatives to promote employees’ engagement and the adoption of healthy lifestyles to support employees’ health, enhance physical fitness, and support overall wellbeing in the workplace.
This edition marks the third Almarai Marathon, following earlier editions held across different regions of the Kingdom, where the event received multiple awards, reflecting our continued commitment to strengthening both the physical and mental health of our people in alignment with the Quality of Life Program under Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
The marathon took place on dedicated routes within Almarai’s facilities in Al-Kharj and included various race categories, such as the main race and a special race for children. All races were supervised by internationally certified officials to ensure high standards of organization and accurate results.
The event also featured a fully equipped family area offering interactive activities, photo zones, entertainment, and accompanying prizes—designed to foster social connection and support the mental wellbeing of participants and their families.
Several of Almarai’s brands contributed to enriching the experience by providing a variety of products to participants and visitors, including Almarai, ALYOUM, L’usine, 7DAYS, Ice Tea Leaf, and IVAL.
At the end of the event, Almarai honored the top three winners, while all participants received commemorative medals in appreciation of their efforts and to encourage the adoption of a healthier and more active lifestyle both inside and outside the workplace.
