Under the gracious patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, Governor of Al-Ahsa, and with the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Governor of Al-Ahsa, Mr. Moaz Al-Jaafari, and in the attendance of Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al-Bader, CEO of Almarai, and Dr. Adel bin Mohammed Abu-Zanadah, President of King Faisal University, Almarai honored a distinguished group of veterinarians and researchers during the Almarai Veterinary Medicine Award 2025 ceremony, now in its 17th edition. The ceremony was held at King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa Governorate.
This award underscores Almarai’s commitment to supporting the veterinary profession and strengthening its vital role in improving livestock health and advancing the food security ecosystem in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Eight winners were recognized across the following categories: Best Saudi Veterinarian, Distinguished Veterinary Researcher Award, Outstanding Veterinary Student from King Faisal University, and Best Practicing Veterinarian in the GCC.
On this occasion, Mr. Abdullah Al-Bader, CEO of Almarai, stated:
