For the second year in a row … “Almarai” is the first choice for consumers in Saudi Arabia

According to the brand footprint study conducted by Kantar Research, Almarai topped the list of the most preferred brands by consumers in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for the year 2020. Kantar is the world’s leading data, insights, and consulting company that analyzes consumers’ purchasing behavior on the goods of different companies around the world.

 

According to a recent study, Almarai topped the dairy and juice sectors, while L’usine, one of Almarai’s brands, ranked first in the food sector.

 

“We are always pleased in Almarai being topped in the customer behavior studies, which confirms that we are on the right path towards achieving the company’s permanent goal of sustainable consumer satisfaction,” said Abdullah Nasser Al-Otaibi, Head of Corporate Communication and Public Relations at Almarai

 

He added: “The relationship of mutual loyalty that Almarai built with its consumers resulted in topping many customer satisfaction studies and ratings. which increases our confidence in moving forward with our plans to develop our products and provide the best value to our customers.”

 

It is worth mentioning that Almarai is the largest vertically integrated dairy company in the world and the largest in the production and distribution of food and beverages in the Middle East. Almarai also ranked in the list of brands for being the best reputation among consumers in Saudi Arabia and being the best brand health in the Kingdom for the year 2019.
