Almarai Participates as Diamond Sponsor in the Global Labor Market Conference

Almarai participated as a Diamond Sponsor in the third edition of the Global Labor Market Conference (GLMC) taking place in Riyadh on January 26 – 27, 2026, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. 
The event is organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development under the theme “Future in Progress”. The conference aims to discuss labor market challenges through collaboration, solution-driven dialogue, and policy enablement. The event brought together global decision-makers, business leaders, and experts through an extensive program featuring more than 200 speakers across over 50 sessions and activities, including workshops and in-depth panel discussions to enhance knowledge exchange at both local and international levels.
Almarai participated in a panel discussion addressing the evolving work environment for young professionals, highlighting current developments and shifts in the workplace. The discussion focused on effective youth integration to enhance productivity, as well as modern work models, training approaches, and technologies that contribute to more engaging and high-performing workplaces.
Almarai continues to invest in human capital development as part of its five-year strategy (2024–2028), with investments exceeding SAR 18 billion. These efforts include nationalization initiatives, skills development programs, and youth empowerment initiatives, contributing to the growth of a future-ready Saudi workforce and supporting the Kingdom’s broader economic and workforce development objectives
