His Excellency Ahmed bin Sufyan Al-Hassan, Assistant Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, honored Almarai for its outstanding community contribution. The recognition highlighted the company’s active participation in the corporate track of the Makanah program during the award ceremony held yesterday at the Ministry's headquarters in Riyadh.
This recognition aligns with the Ministry’s initiatives to honor its private-sector partners who have contributed to the program's success and supported its objectives, which aim to enhance integration among national sectors and improve the efficiency of the Kingdom’s transport and logistics system.
The award was received on behalf of the company by Mr. Abdulrahman bin Mazyad Al-Huwaifez, Corporate Public Relations Manager at Almarai, who expressed the company’s pride in being part of this recognition, saying:
"We at Almarai are proud of this honor, which reflects our firm commitment to supporting national initiatives and participating in programs that contribute to community development. This recognition reaffirms Almarai’s role as a strategic partner in achieving the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and as a key supporter of vital sectors, particularly in transport and logistics services."
It is worth noting that Almarai places great importance on its social responsibility through continuous participation in national initiatives and developmental programs that serve the community and promote sustainable development, in line with its role as a leading national company in the food and beverage sector.
