Almarai participated in the “Saudi Food 2025” exhibition, held under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Center from May 12 to 14, 2025. The event gathered a selection of leading regional and global food companies. Almarai’s participation aligns with its ongoing efforts to reinforce its role as a key partner in supporting the national food security ecosystem and its unwavering commitment to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in promoting food security and sustainable development.
Almarai reaffirmed its strong commitment to supporting food security and achieving nutritional sustainability in the Kingdom, in line with its investment strategy (2024–2028), which places these objectives at the heart of its sustainable growth approach. This commitment is reflected in the company’s provision of high-quality products across vital sectors such as dairy, poultry, and bakery, contributing to supply chain stability and self-sufficiency.
The contributions of Almarai’s brands are central to this vision. These include “Alyoum Chicken,” which supports local self-sufficiency in protein sources, and “Bakemart,” which offers high-quality frozen bakery products that enhance food security. Other leading brands include “L’usine” and “7DAYS” in the fresh bakery sector, as well as “Premier Chef,” which provides ready-to-use food solutions tailored to the needs of both consumers and businesses. These initiatives reflect Almarai’s continued commitment to helping build a sustainable food ecosystem that supports the Kingdom’s vision for a more secure and resilient future.

On the first day of the exhibition, Mr. Abdullah Al-Badr, CEO of Almarai, took part in a panel discussion titled “The Economic Outlook of the Food Sector in the Kingdom – Aligning with Vision 2030 Objectives,” which was held on May 12, 2025, as part of the Saudi Food agenda. The session, moderated by journalist Natalie Lindo, addressed key topics such as sustainability as a pillar of Vision 2030, the role of food security in promoting self-sufficiency, reducing reliance on imports, and diversifying the national economy.
During the exhibition, Almarai also highlighted its “Almarai Pro” platform, which offers specialized and integrated solutions for the food service sector, catering to the needs of restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, and factories across the GCC. Today, Almarai Pro serves more than 35,000 clients in the food service industry, making it a key driver in the hospitality sector’s growth by directly contributing to supply chain efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of quality.
It is worth noting that Almarai also participated in the second edition of “Saudi Food 2024,” held at Riyadh Front from May 21 to 23, 2024, under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, who expressed his appreciation for Almarai’s significant efforts in developing the food industry in the Kingdom. He praised Almarai as a pioneering company in the sector and acknowledged its substantial role in enhancing food security through various initiatives.
