Almarai Company announced its participation in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's national training campaign "Waad", providing more than 50,000 training opportunities for the company's employees over the next three years.

This came during a ceremony held today, Monday, March 20, 2023, in which the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi inaugurated the national campaign for training “Waad” and the accompanying exhibition, which aims to stimulate the private sector to raise the level of skills in the labor market, in accordance with the objectives of the vision. The Chief Executive Officer of Human Resources at Almarai Company, Fahd bin Muhammad Al-Drees, appreciated the inauguration of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, skills and training initiatives, and the national training campaign “Waad”, stressing that Almarai’s work environment is one of the largest in the Middle East, as it employs more than We have 9,000 Saudi female and male employees, with an employee retention rate of 90% during the year 2022, compared to 88% in the previous year, which proves the feasibility of the plans and policies adopted during the year in strengthening our commitment to being the employer of choice.
