10-Minute Tomato and Vermicelli Soup Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup Almarai shredded cheddar cheese

 

2 tablespoons Almarai olive oil

 

L'usine white bread slices, toasted for serving

 

1/2 cup vermicelli

 

1 onion, chopped

 

2 cloves garlic, minced

 

4 cups chicken or vegetable broth

 

1/2 cup tomato sauce

 

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
  1.  Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic in a pot until golden.
     
  2.  Then add the vermicelli and stir with the onion and garlic for a minute.
     
  3.  Add the chicken broth and let the mixture simmer slightly.
     
  4.  Then add the tomato sauce and seasoning, letting the soup cook for 10 minutes.
     
  5.  Add 2 tablespoons Almarai olive oil
     
  6.  Before serving, garnish the soup with shredded cheddar cheese and serve it with toasted L'usine bread slices. Enjoy your meal!
