Baked Honey Soy Chicken Thighs

A delicious and flavorful chicken dish ideal for a quick and tasty dinner with white rice

Ingredients

4 Alyoum chicken thighs

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
     
  2. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and black pepper.
     
  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 20 minutes.
     
  4. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, basting with the sauce halfway through.
     
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with a side of white rice.
