Basil mozzarella bread

Basil mozzarella bread for a delicious breakfast or a side dish with a soap by your choice.


 


 

Ingredients

4 Piece Sliced Brown Bread

 

 

224g Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 

 

handful Slice small tomato

 

 

4 Fresh basil leaves

 

 

1g pepper

Instructions
  1.  Heat oven high broil.
     
  2.  Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.
     
  3.  Cut the bread slices in half.
     
  4.  Layer mozzarella along the bread
     
  5.  Place on a baking tray and broil for 3-4 minutes or until mozzarella has melted.
     
  6.  Remove from oven and lay tomato slices on top.
     
  7.  Return to oven for 1-2 minutes.
     
  8.  Sprinkle with fresh chopped basil.
