Breaded chicken balls

One of the delicious dishes that combines great flavor with a crispy texture, and it can be served with marinara sauce for a special meal.

Ingredients

For Chicken:


500g Alyoum Chicken Breast Cubes


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 teaspoon garlic powder


1 teaspoon onion powder


1 teaspoon dried oregano


½ teaspoon paprika


½ teaspoon black pepper


1 teaspoon salt


1 egg


½ cup breadcrumbs


For Breading:


½ cup all-purpose flour


1 egg, beaten


1 cup breadcrumbs


For Frying:


1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, add Alyoum Chicken Breast Cubes and pulse until finely ground.
     
  2. Transfer to a bowl and mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and breadcrumbs.
     
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in size).

    Prepare the marinade:

    Bowl 1: Flour

    Bowl 2: Beaten egg

    Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs
     
  4. Coat each meatball in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and finally roll in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
     
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
     
  6. Fry the meatballs in batches, turning them until golden brown and crispy (about 4-5 minutes per side).
     
  7. Remove and drain on blotting paper.
     
  8. Serve with marinara sauce.
