Brioche French Toast

A delicious breakfast, combining the flavors of cinnamon and vanilla in soft brioche slices, making it the perfect way to start your day

Ingredients

4 slices of Sliced Brioche Bread


2 eggs


½ cup milk


1 teaspoon cinnamon


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Almarai unsalted Natural Butter 


Maple syrup and powdered sugar for serving

Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
     
  2. Dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
     
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook the soaked bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
     
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar.
