Cheddar Cheese Muffins

A light and perfect snack for any time of the day

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour


1 tablespoon baking powder


½ teaspoon salt


1 cup Almarai Cheddar Cheese, shredded


1 cup Almarai Fresh Milk


2 eggs


¼ cup Almarai Butter, melted


2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
  1. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
     
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt.
     
  3. Stir in the shredded Almarai Cheddar Cheese.
     
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, Almarai Fresh Milk, melted butter, and olive oil until smooth.
     
  5. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
     
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
     
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
     
  8. Let the muffins cool slightly before serving.
