Cheese Balls

Preparation time  : 30 min

Cheese Balls packed with the finest cheese are offered as a side dish at supper or lunch. 

Ingredients

10 Pieces L’usine Sliced White Bread

 

 

¼ cup Almarai Fresh Milk

 

 

2/3 cup Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 

 

1/3 cup Almarai Cream Cheese

 

 

150g ALYOUM chicken cooked and crumbled

 

 

2 Egg 

 

 

1 cup Breadcrumbs

 

 

1 small spoon Italian spices 

 

 

Vegetable oil

Instructions
  1.  In a medium bowl, mix the cheeses  
     
  2.  Cut the edges of the bread and crush them using a food processer  
     
  3.  Add milk, mix well  
     
  4.  Flatten the dough using your hand 
     
  5.  Fill it with 1 tsp of cheese and close to form a ball 
     
  6.  First dip the ball inside the egg wash then the breadcrumbs and Italian herbs  
     
  7.  Fry until its golden.
