Cheese Spread and Zaatar Kaak Asrouni

Enjoy a delicious and unique taste with these crispy Kaak Asrouni bites topped with cheese spread and za’atar

Ingredients

4 Kaak Asrouni pieces

100g Almarai Marvello Cream Cheese 

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp za’atar

1 tsp sesame seeds

Salt, to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
     
  2. Slice the Kaak Asrouni pieces in half.
     
  3. Place the halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
     
  4. Spread a generous amount of Almarai Marvello Cream Cheese over each Kaak Asrouni half, smoothing it out evenly.
     
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese-topped Kaak Asrouni.
     
  6. Sprinkle with za’atar and sesame seeds and add salt to taste.
     
  7. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
     
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh vegetables like tomatoes and cucumber.
