Cheese-Stuffed Meatballs

ِA delicious recipe that combines the rich taste of meat with melted cheese, perfect for dinner or as an appetizer.

Ingredients

500g minced beef


½ cup Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


¼ cup Almarai Full Fat Labneh


1 small onion, finely chopped


1 clove garlic, minced


½ tsp cumin


½ tsp paprika


¼ cup breadcrumbs


Salt and pepper to taste


Olive oil for frying

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the minced beef with cumin, paprika, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
     
  2. Take a small amount of the beef mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a small spoonful of Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese in the center, then fold the meat around the cheese to form a ball, sealing it completely.
     
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
     
  4. Serve the meatballs with a dollop of Almarai Labneh on top for extra creaminess.
