Chicken And Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers

A delicious and nutritious dish that combines tender chicken and melted cheese, making it a perfect choice for dinner or a special snack

Ingredients

2 Alyoum chicken breasts, cooked and shredded


3 bell peppers, halved and deseeded


½ cup cooked rice


½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese


½ tsp cumin


½ tsp black pepper


½ tsp garlic powder


½ cup tomato sauce

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
     
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cooked rice, tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.
     
  3. Stuff the bell pepper halves with the chicken mixture and top with shredded cheese.
     
  4. Place the stuffed peppers in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
     
  5. Serve warmly!
