Chicken Ceasar Salad

A delicious and healthy salad combining rich flavors and fresh ingredients

Ingredients

2 Alyoum chicken breasts

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp Almarai Olive Oil (for grilling the chicken)

1 tbsp Almarai Olive Oil (for the dressing)

For the Caesar Dressing:

1 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tbsp Almarai Olive Oil

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Season the Alyoum chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of Almarai Olive Oil.
     
  2. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Once cooked, allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
     
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, Almarai Olive Oil, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and creamy.
     
  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
     
  5. In a large bowl, toss the romaine lettuce with a few tablespoons of the prepared Caesar dressing until well-coated.
     
  6. Add the grilled chicken slices on top of the lettuce.
     
  7. Sprinkle croutons and grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and enjoy!
