Chicken Fajita

A delicious and easy-to-make dish, combining fantastic flavors and fresh ingredients for the perfect meal.

Ingredients

1 L'usine plain tortilla


500g chicken breast, thinly sliced


1 cup sweet red bell pepper, sliced


1 cup sweet yellow bell pepper, sliced


½ cup green bell pepper, sliced


1 cup sliced onions


½ cup sliced mushrooms


½ tsp cumin


½ tsp dried cilantro


½ tsp salt


1 tbsp fajita seasoning


3 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp oil


1 cup mixed shredded cheese

 

For serving:

Avocados, sliced

Mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, sauté the onions until translucent. Add the mushrooms and cook for another 2 minutes before adding the bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes, then remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
     
  2. Add the chicken slices to the same skillet, sprinkle with the cumin, cilantro, salt, and fajita seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes, then return the vegetables to the skillet.
     
  3. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
     
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
     
  5. Heat the tortilla, spread with mayonnaise, add avocado slices, and top with the chicken fajita mixture. Roll up the tortilla and serve.
