Chicken Parmesan Cheese And Crispy Bread

Enjoy preparing and cooking the Chicken Parmesan Cheese And Crispy Bread for a day dull of protein and energy.

Ingredients

¾ Cup of Homemade Breadcrumbs using L’usine Sliced White Bread

 

 

500g ALYOUM Fresh Chicken Breast Fillet

 

 

2 Tablespoon Almarai Olive  Oil

 

 

½ Cup Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 
 

 

¼ Cup Wheat  Flour

 

 

1 Egg 
 


½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 
 


1  Cup Tomato Sauce 
 


Sprinkle of Parsley, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Sugar, Oregano, Salt & Black Pepper

Instructions

Prepare the breadcrumbs: 
 

  1.  Preheat oven to 120c. Lay bread slices on a baking sheet.
     
  2.  Bake for 15 min on each side Break the bread into pieces and blend them with a hand blender until they have a fine texture.
     
  3.  Combine the breadcrumbs with parsley garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, oregano, salt, and black pepper.  

    Prepare the chicken: 
     
  4.  Add breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese to a shallow bowl and mix to combine.
     
  5.  Starting with the flour and ending with breadcrumbs, dip the chicken into the flour, whisked egg and parmesan breadcrumbs.  

    Cook the chicken: 
     
  6.  Add oil to a large skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet.
     
  7.  Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until it turns golden.
     
  8.  Place chicken in a pan or sheet tray and top with mozzarella cheese.
     
  9.  Broil on high until melted.
     
  10.  Then top with tomato sauce.
