Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

With a blend of ripe bananas, soft butter, and chocolate chips, this bread offers a rich and delightful flavor in every bite

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour


1 tsp baking soda


½ tsp salt


½ cup Almarai Unsalted Butter, melted


¾ cup brown sugar


2 large eggs


1 tsp vanilla extract


3 ripe bananas, mashed


½ cup Milk


½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
     
  2. In a bowl, mix the melted Almarai Unsalted Butter with the brown sugar.
     
  3. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
     
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
     
  5. Stir in the mashed bananas.
     
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
     
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top.
     
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
