Ingredients

1 cup Almarai unsalted Butter, softened

¾ cup packed brown sugar

½ cup white granulated sugar


2 large eggs


1 tsp vanilla extract


2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour


1 tsp baking soda


½ tsp salt


2 cups dark chocolate chips

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
     
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the Almarai Butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
     
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
     
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
     
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
     
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
     
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
     
  8. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
     
  9. Serve with a sprinkle of salt for a finishing touch.
