Creamy Chicken Tawouk Skewers

A delicious and satisfying dish, perfect to enjoy with warm bread and grilled vegetables

Ingredients

2 Alyoum Fresh Chicken Breasts cubes


½ cup Almarai yogurt


2 tbsp mayonnaise


1 tbsp fresh cream


2 tbsp lemon juice


4 cloves garlic, minced


1 tsp paprika


1 tsp ground cumin


½ tsp ground coriander


1 tbsp olive oil


Salt and black pepper to taste


1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together Almarai yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh cream, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
     
  2. Add Al Marai chicken to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
     
  3. Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
     
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, packing them tightly together.
     
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
     
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and sesame seeds (optional).
     
  7. Serve the skewers with warm pita bread, garlic sauce, and a side of grilled vegetables.
