Creamy date and cardamon pudding

delicious dessert that combines the natural taste of dates with the aromatic flavor of cardamom, surprising your senses with every bite

Ingredients

1 cup Almira Majdool dates (pitted and chopped)


2 cups Almarai full fat milk


½ cup Almarai heavy cream


¼ cup sugar


1 tsp cardamom powder


¼ cup cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup water


Crushed nuts (for garnish)

Instructions
  1. Blend the dates with warm milk until smooth and creamy.
     
  2. In a saucepan, heat the date mixture with heavy cream, sugar, and cardamom powder over medium heat.
     
  3. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens.
     
  4. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let it cool to room temperature.
     
  5. Refrigerate the pudding until chilled. Garnish with crushed nuts before serving.
