Date and Yogurt Parfait

A healthy and delicious dessert that combines nutritious dates with protein-rich Greek yogurt

Ingredients

1 cup Almira Majdool dates, pitted and chopped


2 cups Greek yogurt


½  cup granola


2 tablespoons honey


½  teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped Almira Majdool dates with honey and ground cinnamon.
     
  2. In serving glasses, layer Greek yogurt, the date mixture, and granola. Repeat the layers as desired.
     
  3. Drizzle honey on top.
     
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
