Eid Cake Recipe

Eid cakes are considered a manifestation of traditions and joy, perfect for serving during the celebration of Eid al-Fitr.

Ingredients

1/2 cup melted Almarai butter


4 cups flour


1/2 cup sugar


1/2 cup vegetable oil


1/2 cup raisins


1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom


2 small teaspoons baking powder


Nuts for decoration (such as crispy almonds and sesame seeds)

Instructions
  1.  Mix the flour with sugar, cardamom, and baking powder in a large bowl.
     
  2.  Then add the melted butter and oil and knead the mixture well.
     
  3.  Add the raisins and continue kneading until you have a soft dough.
     
  4.  Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
     
  5.  Decorate each cookie with the chosen nuts.
     
  6.  Place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cookies until they become golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
