The feta cheese and cherry tomato salad is the perfect choice for a light and healthy meal, combining fresh flavors and nutritious ingredients

Ingredients

200g Almarai Feta Cheese, crumbled


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1 cucumber, sliced


1 small red onion, thinly sliced


1 cup mixed greens


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tsp honey


Salt and pepper to taste


1 tsp dried oregano


1 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
     
  2. Add the crumbled Almarai Feta Cheese on top.
     
  3. To make the dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper, and oregano in a small bowl.
     
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
     
  5. Sprinkle with roasted sunflower seeds and serve.
