Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

A delicious and nutritious dish with feta-stuffed chicken breasts, combining creamy flavors and wonderful spices

Ingredients

4 Alyoum Chicken Breasts


200g Almarai Feta Cheese, crumbled


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


1 teaspoon dried oregano


½ teaspoon garlic powder


Salt and pepper, to taste


1 tablespoon lemon juice


1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the crumbled Almarai Feta Cheese, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
     
  2. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
     
  3. Using a sharp knife, carefully slice each Alyoum Chicken Breast horizontally through the center to create a pocket, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through.
     
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the feta mixture, pressing gently to pack it in. Secure the opening with toothpicks.
     
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
     
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
     
  7. Once the skillet is hot, sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
     
  8. Once the chicken is seared, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
     
  9. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before removing the toothpicks.
     
  10. Slice the chicken breasts to reveal the creamy feta filling. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables and a fresh salad.
