Golden Hash Brown Potatoes

Golden Hash Brown Potatoes served with rucola salad and balsamic dressing for breakfast on a special sunny day.

Ingredients

30g Almarai Natural Butter


 

100g Almarai Shredded Cheddar Cheese 
 


250g Shredded Potato 
 


1 Egg
 


0.50g Salt 
 


0.50g White Pepper 
 


2g Cinnamon 
 


1g Freshly Grated Nutmeg 
 


100g Arugula 
 


25ml Hazelnut Vinaigrette 

Instructions
  1.  First, we peel the potatoes, wash them and grate them with fair skin, then immerse them in water for a few minutes.
     
  2.  Then sprinkle the potatoes with a clean cloth and squeeze them to get rid of the excess water and preserve the crunch for later.
     
  3.  Mix Almarai olive oil, hazelnut vinegar, and balsamic cream in a bowl.
     
  4.  Mix an egg with salt, pepper, and cinnamon in another bowl.
     
  5.  Then we heat the pasture butter in a frying pan, add the grated potatoes, pour the egg mixture evenly over it, and then stir them in the butter until golden on both sides.
     
  6.  Then we sprinkle the grated Almarai cheddar cheese until it melts, then put the hash brown on a plate and serve it with arugula salad and balsamic sauce. Bon Appetit!
