Honey mustard chicken wings

A delicious dish that combines sweet and spicy flavors, making them perfect as a snack or main course at any time

Ingredients

For the Wings:

1 kg Alyoum chicken wings


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper


½ tsp garlic powder


½ tsp paprika


For the Honey Mustard Sauce:


¼ cup honey


3 tbsp Dijon mustard


1 tbsp yellow mustard


1 tbsp soy sauce


1 tbsp melted butter


1 tsp apple cider vinegar


½ tsp chili flakes

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
     
  2. Toss the wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
     
  3. Arrange the wings on a lined baking sheet.
     
  4. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
     
  5. Once the wings are done, toss them in the honey mustard sauce until well coated.
     
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

    To prepare Honey Mustard Sauce:
     
  7. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, soy sauce, melted butter, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes.
     
  8. Serve chicken with a delicious honey mustard sauce.
