Ingredients

2 Almarai Hummus

 

Almarai Olive Oil

 

3 L'usine White Bread Slices

 

Salt and Pepper

 

Frying Oil

Instructions
  1.  In a serving dish, empty the Almarai hummus can.
     
  2.  Add Almarai olive oil and a sprinkle of pepper according to taste.
     
  3.  Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth and consistent blend.
     
  4.  Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
     
  5.  Cut the bread slices into squares or small pieces.
     
  6.  Heat the frying oil in a deep pan and fry the bread until golden brown and crispy.
     
  7.  Place the fried bread slices on top of the hummus.
     
  8.  The dish can be garnished with chopped parsley or fresh chili peppers. Serve the dish chilled. Enjoy your meal!
