Kunafa Sweet

Preparation time  : 25 min

The best kind of coffee sweet is Kunafa with pistachio topping or any topping you prefer, served with Saudi coffee with love.

Ingredients

6 pieces L’usine Sliced Bread Bran

 

 

750ml Almarai Milk

 

 

600ml Almarai Whipping cream

 

 

75g Custard

 

 

 

½ cup Flour

 

 

½ cup Corn flour

 

 

100g Pistachio

 

 

½ cup Sugar syrup

Instructions
  1.  Preheat the oven on 220°C  
     
  2.  Cut the edges of the bread  
     
  3.  Crush them well using a food processer  
     
  4.  Add melted butter and mix well 
     
  5.  In a baking dish, use half of the dough in the bottom and flatten it with your hands 
     
  6.  Top it with the shredded mozzarella  
     
  7.  Put on top the second half of the dough and flatten it over the cheese  
     
  8.  Reduce the oven heat to 170°C and bake the dish for 10 minutes  
     
  9.  Pour the warm sugar syrup on top
