Labneh and Herbs Flatbread

Enjoy a delicious and easy-to-make dish with labneh and herb flatbread, perfect as a light meal or tasty appetizer

Ingredients

2 L’Usine plain tortillas


½ cup Almarai Labneh


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 teaspoon dried oregano


1 teaspoon dried thyme


½ teaspoon sumac


Salt and black pepper, to taste


Fresh mint, for garnish


Sesame seeds

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
     
  2. Place L’Usine tortillas on a baking tray and brush them lightly with olive oil.
     
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy, but not fully browned.
     
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Almarai Labneh with oregano, thyme, sumac, salt, and black pepper.
     
  5. Spread the seasoned Almarai Labneh evenly over the pre-baked tortillas.
     
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
     
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
     
  8. Garnish with fresh mint, then slice into pieces and serve warm.
