Labneh and Smoked Salmon Canapé

The perfect bite-sized treat for special occasions, combining fresh and unique flavors for a delicious and enjoyable experience

Ingredients

1 cup Almarai Labneh


100g Seama Smoked Salmon, sliced


1 cucumber, thinly sliced


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 teaspoon lemon juice


Fresh dill


Salt and pepper, to taste


1 pack of mini crackers or bite-sized toasted bread rounds

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the Almarai Labneh with the olive oil and lemon juice.
     
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir until smooth and creamy.
     
  3. Arrange the mini crackers or toasted bread rounds on a serving platter.
     
  4. Spoon a generous amount of the labneh mixture onto each cracker or bread round.
     
  5. Top with a slice of Seama Smoked Salmon.
     
  6. Add a thin slice of cucumber on top of the salmon for a fresh crunch.
     
  7. Garnish each canapé with a sprig of fresh dill for extra flavor and color.
