Mango and Coconut Panna Cotta

A delightful panna cotta that combines the rich flavor of coconut and the refreshing sweetness of mango

Ingredients

For the Coconut Panna Cotta:

1 cup Almarai Whipping Cream

1 cup coconut milk

¼ cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ½ tsp gelatin powder

2 tbsp water

For the Mango Layer:

1 cup Almarai Mango Juice

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp gelatin powder

1 tbsp water

Instructions

Make the Coconut Panna Cotta:
 

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
     
  2. In a saucepan, heat the Almarai Whipping Cream, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla over low heat.
     
  3. Once warm, remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
     
  4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses, filling them halfway.
     
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.

    Make the Mango Layer:
     
  6. Bloom the gelatin with 1 tbsp of water for 5 minutes.
     
  7. In a saucepan, heat the Almarai Mango Juice and sugar over low heat.
     
  8. Remove from heat, add the bloomed gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
     
  9. Let it cool slightly, then gently pour it over coconut panna cotta.
     
  10. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully set.
