Milk And Honey Panna Cotta

This recipe combines the flavors of milk and cream with a touch of honey and vanilla, giving you a delicious and easy-to-make treat.

Ingredients

2 cups Almarai Full Cream Milk Powder


1 cup Fresh Cream


¼ cup Almarai natural honey


2 ½ tsp gelatin powder


¼ cup cold water


1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
     
  2. In a saucepan, combine the Almarai Full Cream Milk Powder and fresh cream. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally.
     
  3. Add Almarai natural honey and vanilla extract and stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
     
  4. Once the milk and cream mixture is warm (but not boiling), remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the bloomed gelatin to the mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
     
  5. Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the panna cotta has set and is firm to the touch.
     
  6. Once set, serve the panna cotta with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey on top for added flavor and decoration.
