Mushroom Cream Soup Recipe

Cream of Mushroom Soup is delicious and perfect as a meal appetizer!!

Ingredients

2 cups Almarai fresh milk

 

2 tablespoons Almarai butter

 

2 tablespoons Almarai cooking cream

 

250 grams mushrooms, sliced

 

1 medium onion, chopped

 

3 cups chicken broth

 

2 tablespoons flour

 

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

A sprinkle of dried thyme for garnish

Instructions
  1.  In a pot, heat the butter and sauté the onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and stir until lightly browned.
     
  2.  Add the flour and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes to create a base for the soup.
     
  3.  Gradually add the chicken broth while stirring to avoid lumps.
     
  4.  Add Almarai milk and cooking cream and let the soup boil.
     
  5.  Use a hand blender to transform the mixture into a smooth soup.
     
  6.  Finally, serve the soup with a sprinkle of dried thyme for garnish. Enjoy your meal!
