Mushroom Sauce

Mushroom sauce is a delicious and rich addition that enhances the flavor of dishes and gives them a distinctive creamy taste.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

3 minced garlic cloves

2 cups sliced mushrooms

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup chicken stock

2 1/2 cups Al Marai Full Fat Cooking Cream

2 tablespoon grated parmesan

Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
     
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes, or until wilted.
     
  3. Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 5 minutes.
     
  4. Add salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan.
     
  5. Add Almarai cooking cream and mix well.
     
  6. Serve over grilled chicken or steak.
