Delicious dish that combines the flavors of creamy tomatoes and white sauce, making it an ideal choice for Italian food lovers.

Ingredients

1 bag penne pasta


1.5 cups Almarai Full Fat Cooking Cream


2 tablespoon Almarai Sour Cream Zabadi


1 cup tomato sauce


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon black pepper


3 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese


2 minced garlic cloves


1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced


1 tablespoon olive oil

1 bag penne pasta


1.5 cups Almarai Full Fat Cooking Cream


2 tablespoon Almarai Sour Cream Zabadi


1 cup tomato sauce


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/4 teaspoon black pepper


3 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese


2 minced garlic cloves


1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced


1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
  1. In a large pan, sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes in olive oil over low heat for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
     
  2. Add tomato sauce, salt and black pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
     
  3. Add Almarai Cooking Cream and Sour Cream.
     
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese.
     
  5. Mix sauce with cooked penne pasta.
     
  6. Decorate the plate with basil and serve.
