Pudding Croissant

Croissant pudding is a delicious dessert that combines the softness of croissants with the rich flavor.

Ingredients

3 pieces L'usine Plain Croissant


2 eggs


1/3 cup sugar


2 tablespoon water


1/2 cup cream


1/2 cup milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Tear croissant into small pieces and place them in a medium cast-iron skillet.
     
  2. In a sauce pan, melt sugar with water until they caramelized.
     
  3. Add milk, cream and vanilla.
     
  4. Remove from heat and while whisking, add in the eggs.
     
  5. Pour the custard over croissant pieces.
     
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for around 20 minutes.
     
  7. Serve with a side of vanilla ice cream (optional).
