Croissant pudding is a delicious dessert that combines the softness of croissants with the rich flavor.

Ingredients
3 pieces L'usine Plain Croissant
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoon water
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Tear croissant into small pieces and place them in a medium cast-iron skillet.
- In a sauce pan, melt sugar with water until they caramelized.
- Add milk, cream and vanilla.
- Remove from heat and while whisking, add in the eggs.
- Pour the custard over croissant pieces.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for around 20 minutes.
- Serve with a side of vanilla ice cream (optional).
