Salmon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

One of the most delicious and distinctive appetizers that can be served on any occasion

Ingredients

20 large button mushrooms, stems removed


Seama cooked Norwegian Salmon, finely chopped


225g cream cheese, softened


2 green onions, finely chopped


1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped


Salt and pepper, to taste


2 tablespoons breadcrumbs


1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
     
  2. In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped Seama cooked Norwegian Salmon, green onions, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
     
  3. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps, filling them generously.
     
  4. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture over the stuffed mushrooms.
     
  5. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the mushrooms are tender.
     
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer.
