Salmon Pasta Salad

Delightful and nutritious dish that combines the rich flavors of Seama salmon with the freshness of vegetables and the heartiness of pasta.

Ingredients

250g Norwegian salmon fillet

200g fusilli pasta, or your favorite pasta kind

0.5 yellow bell pepper 

0.5 green bell pepper

0.5 red bell pepper

Spinach

Cherry tomato

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta as directed on the package. 
     
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes into quarters and roughly chop the peppers into approx. 2cm cubes
     
  3. Roughly break apart the Seama cooked Norwegian salmon fillets into chunks
     
  4. Mix the pasta, salmon, tomatoes, peppers, and spinach in a bowl with the oil until the spinach wilts
     
  5. Season to taste and enjoy!
